Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance and financial service options.
- Work closely with the team meet sales goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate State Farm products and services.
What You’ll Receive:

Requirements:
- Must have or be willing to obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health insurance licenses for Utah
- Bilingual Spanish speakers strongly preferred
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- People-oriented with strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive problem solver
- Pride in completing work accurately and timely
- Ability to multi-task and make presentations to potential customers

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
